China’s Domestic and International Relations: Expanding reforms and Global Influence?   August 22nd and 23rd, 2013  
  From September 22 to September 23, the United States (US) Association of Chinese Political Studies (ACPS) and the US San Francisco State University (SFSU) Center for US-China Policy Studies (CUSCPS) held an international conference entitled “China’s New Leadership and its Domestic and International Challenges” at the SFSU Seven Hills Conference Center.
“China's New Leadership and its Domestic and International Challenges.” The Association of Chinese Political Studies (ACPS) will hold its 25th annual meeting and international symposium, from September 22-23, 2012, in San Francisco, California on the campus of San Francisco State University (SFSU).   The conference is hosted by the ACPS and co-sponsored by the ACPS, the Center for U.S.-China Policy Studies at SFSU, and the Mr. & Mrs. S.H. Wong Foundation.
China’s Accession to the WTO 10 Years Later: International Institutions and China’s Domestic and Foreign Policies The Association of Chinese Political Studies (ACPS) and the College of Foreign Affairs University (CFAU), People’s Republic of China (PRC) will hold an international conference at the CFAU, the only institution of higher learning in China operating under the guidance of the PRC Ministry of Foreign Affairs, from October 22-23, 2011. The conference is hosted by the CFAU and co-sponsored by the ACPS, the CFAU, and the Mr. & Mrs. S.H. Wong Foundation.
  The Association of Chinese Political Studies (ACPS) will hold an international symposium at King’s College-London, located in one of the world’s great political, financial, and historical centers, London, United Kingdom, from June 17 to June 19, 2011.  The conference is hosted by King’s College and co-sponsored by King’s China Institute, the Mr. & Mrs. S.H. Wong Foundation, and other contributors.
On December 3, 2011, the United States (US) Association of Chinese Political Studies (ACPS) and the Hong Kong Institute of Education (HKIEd), held a workshop entitled “40 Years after Sino- American Normalization: A New Dawn or A New Darkness” on the campus of HKIEd in Tai Po, Hong Kong.
The Association of Chinese Political Studies (ACPS) organized and sponsored a related group panel for the 2011 American Political Science Association (APSA) annual meeting held in Seattle in early September.
  The Association of Chinese Political Studies (ACPS) is calling for papers for its sponsored panel “China’s New Leadership and Challenges for a New Growth Model” at the 2012 APSA annual meeting in New Orleans on August 30- September 2, 2012.    
Mr. Sebastian Biba has won the best graduate student paper award for his paper "Examining China's International Hydro-politics: Desecuritization as the Leading Concept"
